IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU BOOK YOUR CHILD’S APPOINTMENT UNDER CHILD’S NAME AND PLEASE PROVIDE CHILD’S DATE OF BIRTH.

For children under 2 years of age, we invite you to arrive 15 minutes early to weigh and measure your child prior to your appointment time.

To book an appointment please select one of our 6 Community Health Centres: Three Bridges, Robert and Lily Lee, Evergreen, Pacific Spirit, Ravensong or South.

Please book one appointment slot for each child that will be attending the clinic. If you are booking appointments for more than one child, please ensure they are not at the same time (book one after the other).

If your child has been immunized at a physician’s office, please note we may not have the record of those immunizations. You must submit records online here before your appointment. Without a current immunization history, we may need to cancel your appointment due to time constraints.

All children coming for Routine Vaccines are also eligible to receive their COVID and Flu Immunizations.

We will not be providing COVID OR FLU ONLY vaccination in our child health clinics. More information can be found at: Immunize BC
